Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your electronic mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply choose the electronic mail account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
